Bliss and Blaze Studio

information

The interior of a run down former horse stable has been given a new, temporary lease. An unprecious large footprint at ground level makes it very suitable for the intended workshop and community uses.

New partitions to create a spatial hierarchy of the main space and of ancillary spaces and of warm walls around the perimeter. We considered spread-of-flame treated OSB boards to be a suitable contemporary addition to the rough existing finishes, establishing readable data levels in the publicly accessible spaces whilst hosting a series of new, small and individual spaces behind.
